Saint Jo ISD PTO Receives Honor

Mr. Smith, Saint Jo ISD Superintendent, presented an award of outstanding effort to the PTO at a recent school board meeting on 4-17-12. The PTO led by president, Vicki Reed, provides the school district with exceptional support. Members of the PTO are always available to help the school with many student activities such as UIL, testing, substitute teaching, field day, and the very popular teacher ‘snack shack’. The PTO recently purchased a new Automated External Defibrillator , AED machine, for the district. The AED device costs well over $1000 and will be available for emergencies during school and with after school activities. Many thanks to Vicki Reed and the outstanding Saint Jo PTO!
