I graduated from Midwestern State University with a BBA in Business Management. I worked in the business industry for over ten years before I decided to pursue my original dream of being a teacher. I received my alternative teacher certification in 2005.

I began my teaching career at Chico ISD and taught business classes, technology, speech, leadership, and was the yearbook advisor. I loved being in the classroom but wanted to have more of an impact on all students. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University with my Masters in School Counseling in December 2015.

I began working at Saint Jo ISD during the 2015-16 school year as the counselor for the district. My family and I love the community and the school and look forward to spending many years here!
