2026 Accountability Ratings
Saint Jo ISD is proud to announce the release of the 2026 Texas school accountability ratings. The district earned an overall B rating, with Saint Jo High School earning an A rating and Saint Jo Elementary earning a D rating.

Saint Jo High School Earns A Rating
Saint Jo High School had strong performance in both the Student Achievement and Closing the Gaps domains, earning an overall A rating.

The high school also earned two distinction designations:

• Top 25% Comparative Academic Growth
• Top 25% Comparative Closing the Gaps

These distinctions recognize the strong academic growth of Saint Jo High School students and the campus’s success in closing achievement gaps.

“We are extremely proud of our high school students and staff for earning an A rating and two Top 25% distinctions,” said Superintendent Katie Morman. “These results reflect the hard work and dedication of our students and teachers every day.”

Saint Jo Elementary Shows Strength in Student Achievement
Saint Jo Elementary earned a D rating, with Student Achievement being its strongest domain.

The campus’s greatest opportunity for improvement is in Closing the Gaps, which measures the academic performance and progress of different student groups. The district will use this information to identify specific areas of need, strengthen instructional support, and focus on continued growth for all students.

More Than a Letter Grade
Accountability ratings provide valuable information about our schools, but they are just one way to measure school success. A letter grade does not tell the whole story of the work happening every day in our classrooms or the many ways our students succeed.
We are proud of our students and staff and their accomplishments in academics, athletics, fine arts, career and technical education, leadership, extracurricular activities, and service to our school and community.

“We will celebrate our successes, focus on the areas where we have opportunities to grow, and continue working together to provide the best opportunities for every Panther,” said Morman.
